Terms of Service

Version 1.0  ·  Effective August 4, 2026

1. Who You're Agreeing With

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Quayline Innovations ("Quayline," "we," "us"), the operator of the Quayline port agency platform. By accessing or using Quayline, you agree to these Terms.

2. How You Get Access

Quayline is invite-only. There is no public sign-up. Your agency's administrator invites you by email. By accepting an invite and setting a password, you confirm you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your agency.

3. What Quayline Does

Quayline is a platform for managing port calls, vessel records, PDA/FDA documents, statements of facts, and related agency operations. We provide the software. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

4. Your Responsibilities

5. Fees

Fees are billed according to the plan your agency has selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice.

6. Your Data

You own the data you put into Quayline. We store it securely and use row-level security so no agency can see another agency's records. We do not sell your data. See our Trust & Security page for details on how we protect it.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, attempts to breach platform security, or is used for unlawful purposes. We will give notice where reasonably possible.

8. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

Quayline is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quayline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform grows. If we make a material change, we will ask you to review and re-accept the updated Terms before you continue using Quayline.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will be handled under Kenyan jurisdiction.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to your Quayline account administrator or through the contact details provided on your agency's account.

By checking "I agree" during account setup, or by continuing to use Quayline after being notified of updated Terms, you confirm your acceptance of this version of the Terms of Service.
